As many of our products are handcrafted and manufactured upon order confirmation, slight variations in color, texture, wood grains, polish, fabric, and dimensions may occur and shall not be treated as defects.


3. Custom & Made-to-Order Furniture

Certain products listed on the website are custom-made or manufactured specifically according to customer requirements.

Important Conditions:

  • Manufacturing timelines may take approximately 3 to 4 weeks depending on the product and customization requirements.
  • Once the order enters the manufacturing process, it cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Customers are requested to review all specifications, dimensions, colors, materials, and customization details carefully before placing the order.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours, the order may already be under production or processing and cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • Customized and made-to-order products are strictly non-cancellable after the permitted cancellation window.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type, customization, location, logistics availability, and unforeseen circumstances.
  • While we aim to deliver within estimated timelines, delays caused by transporters, weather conditions, operational issues, or external factors shall not make Oakvello liable for compensation claims.
  • Customers must ensure proper accessibility and delivery arrangements at the destination.

6. Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy

To ensure transparency and support genuine claims:

  • Customers are required to record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
  • The video must begin before opening the packaging and clearly show the condition of the package and product.

This unboxing video is mandatory for:

  • Damage claims
  • Missing item claims
  • Incorrect product claims

Without a proper unboxing video, Oakvello reserves the right to reject such claims.


7. Damaged or Missing Product Claims

If the customer receives:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • Missing accessories or components
  • Wrong product delivery

The customer must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share the unboxing video and supporting images/videos
  • Email all details to: support@oakvello.com

Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.


8. Refunds & Replacements

  • Approved damage or missing item cases may be eligible for replacement, repair, partial refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
  • Refund timelines may vary based on payment gateway and banking procedures.
  • Customized or made-to-order furniture is generally non-refundable unless proven defective upon delivery.

  • Handmade and natural material products may have minor variations.

Such variations are considered normal and not manufacturing defects.
