At Oakvello, we strive to provide high-quality furniture and home products crafted with care. Since many of our products are custom-made and manufactured on order, our return and refund policy is designed accordingly.

By placing an order on Oakvello, customers agree to the terms mentioned below.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours, the order may enter production or dispatch processing and cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • Customized, personalized, and made-to-order products are strictly non-cancellable once manufacturing begins.

3. Return Eligibility

Returns may only be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Manufacturing defect found upon delivery

To qualify for a return request:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Customer must provide a proper unboxing video
  • Product must remain unused and in original condition

4. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers must record a complete unboxing video while opening the package.

The video should:

  • Start before opening the package
  • Clearly show the packaging condition
  • Clearly display the received product and issue

This unboxing video is mandatory for:

  • Damage claims
  • Missing item claims
  • Wrong product claims
  • Refund or replacement requests

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.


5. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-made furniture
  • Personalized products
  • Made-to-order furniture
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products reported after 24 hours of delivery
  • Minor variations in wood texture, fabric, polish, color tone, grains, or handcrafted finish

Such natural variations are not considered defects.


6. Refund Policy

Once a claim is verified and approved by our team, Oakvello may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Repair service
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund
  • Store credit

The resolution type will depend on the nature of the issue.

Refunds, if approved, are generally processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.


7. Return Shipping

  • In approved damage or wrong-product cases, return shipping may be arranged or supported by Oakvello.
  • Customers must not return products without written confirmation from our support team.
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

8. Order Refusal & Failed Delivery

Refunds may not apply in cases where:

  • Customer refuses delivery without valid reason
  • Incorrect shipping information is provided
  • Delivery fails due to customer unavailability

Additional re-delivery charges may apply where applicable.
